In the midst of rushing essays. 2 dued today. One is finally finished, just need to print and hand up. The other one I am still trying to write. 0_0 But luckily the other one never state the time so should be ok to hand up online at 11:59pm. After this, there will be another 2 more group essays. And one individual assignment and another group project. So sian!
Oh yeah I just want to mention I hate NUS system of having to change password for every 180 days. I was forced to change pw recently and keep keying in the wrong one for logging in. The new pw dont seem to register in my mind. Worst, the system dont allow the reuse of last 6 pw, so I got to think of new and ez to rem pw. -_-!!
Yesterday dint attend any of the lessons but they are webcasted so nvm. Reason for the attending the morning one was cos I slept at around 6am the night b4 and so heck it. The reason for skipping the noon one was cos I got a CIT thingy to attend. Ooh I find new things hidden in NUS sia, like the radio pulze room for dj-ing and the high tech equipments for doing live event coverage and the dvd burner which can burn 50 disc at one time and also print the cover too! Haha I want to work as a student assistant for CIT, you get to learn things and earn $$. $6 per hr for the 1st lvl and then $12 for the 2nd lvl and when u are 4th lvl, you get $24 per hr! 0_0 Haha. Maggie was recommending YB to go join too. There are different areas like video editing, archival and documenting, 2d/3d graphic and animation design, webcasting, event coverage etc! The CIT studios thingy is hidden in the CDTL block which is behind chinese library and I didnt know it existed! Then other rooms for editing etc is like hidden more discretely where you have to walk up this road and into some place that looks like old style private houses. Lol the thing is, I applied for this alone, and guess what, I seem to know a lot of ppl there. There are ppl from hall, ppl from nuSTUDIOS and ppl from class. What a small world! Haha and I got to know another 2 girls there, mostly there more males. Bleh.
Then I went to the library to work on my essay but I barely started b4 Maggie msn me and ask me to go eat 饺子 with her and being vv sian with the essay and wanting to eat 饺子 also, so I agreed. Haha. Anw take care gurl, find me for more food outings like I still so want to eat the grilled chicken in Engin Canteen and also Tau Huay in Geylang, or find me when you miss me or need anyone to talk to ok?
Haha then after tt she went for meeting and I went to work on posters for Fetish and Astronomy. So end up didnt do essay at all. Then went for Fetish screening alone because Audrey didnt want to come and support the films I have a part in (vv vv small part though - as art direction/ care-le-fare). Haah kidding la, I think I wasnt very pro active in asking ppl to come although I am the publicity head. =X Yeah and wasnt mingling with ppl because I was trying to draw a diagram for the essay. So very antisocial lar me. Haha then I went home just in time at 10pm to watch 大长今！Not LOST season 2 ok? Haha cos I only watch one episode of LOST 1 before.
Anw, to twinnie, thanks for the hilarious clip on the korean girls. Haha. And it isnt silly to want something. Now I am going alone there into a foreign country and I am scared though I try not to think of it. I wish I had you with me, then we could go together and explore Korea together, and experience all the things you want to experience. Come Korea for holiday when I am there lar! Maybe can sneak you in class or we can go hide away in those tents, taste authentic bulgogi, bibimbap & soju (though I dont really know what they are).

Fate?
Yesterday was a happening day. Quite warp in fact as I look back.Actually was on my home le, at the bus stop waiting for 23. Then got Gie message that they will be going to Bugis to eat. Before that I told her wont be meeting them to shop in Lavender for Alan bday because have to man the publicity booth for Astrobash. Skipped one lesson cos of that and decided to be a guai ger and didnt skip the next one to meet CDS for lunch although its webcasted. So I took a bus to Bugis and look at them eat. Haha then they go home 0_0. So duh right? Anyway JF and I took a bus back to tamp. And things started to happen. Halfway thru, Melinda got on then we started talking. JF and Melinda found each other familar but cnt rem. So I told them we all from AHS one. When we got down the bus, JF realised that his phone was missing. He was like "did I throw my phone into the rubbish bin?" Cus he threw something into the bin when he got off the bus. But wahhaha he very heng, Melinda havent got off yet. So I tried to call her but she didnt pick up. Then I called JF phone and we were listening into the rubbish bin to hear whether got phone ring a not. After the 2nd time, someone picked up the phone. Haha its Melinda!! Melinda version of the story is this, she was reading her notes, then she vaguely hear something. Then an old man seating next to us b4 we got off go to tap another old man. Then they started discussing about the phone and Melinda just inched over and pick up the phone. Haha then the old men commented that JF was vv heng and that phone very expensive and etc. Waha. I think Melinda waited for quite long cos we walked there instead of taking bus. I tot JF dun wan to waste $$ on taking bus, and it didnt occur JF to take bus because he always walk home one. Melinda home is very near to his. And cos I have to go to Audrey house to give her something, and JF going with me, but JF also have to go to BH house for ARTE gathering and have to get his guitar and amplifier, we walked from Melinda house to JF house and then to Drey house. Thats a lot of walking done in a day and when I got home, I BATHED because I was so sticky haha. Haha but we bought Milo ice cream for Drey to encourage her for her exam today. JF method of asking Drey down is "your ice cream melting le, faster come down!" Chatted a while then Alan came to fetch him and I went home - by BUS! Haha.
I still find this series of events very funny. Like it was fated for Melinda and JF to be friends.
Yup yup got a tuition kid now. Sec 3. Teach Amaths, Emaths and a little Physics. $25 per hr. 2 hr each time. 2 times a week. Start this sunday. Good thing is - she stay just above me! Wahah. I just got her emaths and physics textbook down to study a bit. So rusty. Sun - tuition in the morning, coffeebean at night. @_0 Sometimes I think I am crazy. Haha.
Yeah and 大长今 is damn nice. Ah sad I missed the front episodes. May be buying the vcd for me mum though =)

Thanks to Trio, YB and Joann for coming along to a 9.50pm show at cineleisure! Transamerica is nice! Much nicer than Brokeback Mountain. Too much hype for brokeback le. Transamerica is really a funny yet serious movie. Some of the guys in the theatre are crap lar, laughing at the serious parts also. -_- Sometimes, the interhuman relationships are so weird and yet so amazing. Nextz upz - Russian Dolls, V for Vendetta and Art of Seduction. There's also Ice Age 2, X-Men, Da Vinci Code coming up. Movies, movies, more movies!!!After the show, YB dont know why siam so fast. Thanks ah, we thought you urgent go toilet then BH told us you go off le -_-! The highlight of the night comes while we were crossing the road 1/2 way. We were deciding whether to go 八十五巴刹, then we just suddenly decide: let's go lar. I love impromptus-ness in deciding! And so we detour back and BH went str to the taxi which havent turn in yet. There were a lot of taxi waiting at the side there lor. Damn funny. Then he got onto the cab and just say "八十五巴刹", as if the whole world know where is that. Haha. Then the taxi uncle say just now got someone sitting there taking photos. I never see but Drey say he's been there since just now. Hmm. Weird. Anw at 八十五巴刹 we ordered one $10 stingray, three $2 ba chor mee, one $5 hao jian, 3 sugar cane juice, one big gulp (ok thats for drey and bought in 7-11). Totally full after we swipe finish the food! I love the stingray the most!!! Had a lot of fun talking =)! And we saw Cuiwen Meina and Edmund. Totally cant recognise Edmund. We left at around 1 plus, the uncle was starting to keep the tables already. Yup and all of us reached home safely. =)
Went online and do some stuff. All thanks to the idiotic me who got up early to do the AstroBash flyers and posters and save them in a mp3 player which has no direct USB plug-in and forget to bring the cable to school. Thought I could go co-op to buy and guess what, the IT section over there was totally closed lar. It seems like they are packing up things in the whole of co-op. Weird. So I decided to go comp lab to ask the uncle there. And he wasnt there! Was walking around comp lab to spy whether anyone has USB cable but everyone use direct plugin!! Look like an idiot sia. I decide to go YIH to do the board. Then walking down the stairs I realised I forgot to take my jacket! Was rather pissed at myself. Somemore there's a slight rain which doesnt make anything better. Then I saw the uncle coming back but when I asked him, he say he dont have. By then I have wasted enough time, the initial plan was to go YIH to print and not at Arts. End up I just rush rush do some stuff then rush to pass the keys and then to lessons. Heng tt lesson dont know why a lot people late and some even never come because the class looks empty. And so after 7 hours of lessons (or 8 hrs of lsn if you count the webcast I was listening on the bus, i love the webcast mp3s, can dont waste time and can sort of know the topic just b4 tutorial!) , I proceed to YIH again to finish up everything and took bus to Orchard. Glad the day ended well =). And so I sent my friends the files because I wont be going to school today and the booth starts today. Haha I went to search about stuff for the show and got like manga and even translations of the original forum! Wow. Its on wikipedia too =P. And Jo told me I can watch "My Girl" (korean show) on U tube! So exciting. But lets not get hoooked now. Cos projects deadlines are coming!
Oh yeah Singapore Film Festival is here again! Some shows look nice. Sigh.

Yes finally handed up my SEP stuffs! Going to meet Cheryl & Pk for lunch later. =) I dont understand why a school has to be like a jail. AHS locked the back gates and end up I have to detour to the front gate under the bloody hot sun. RSS looks like a jail too. 0_0Sian sian sian. I could have played badminton one with cds01 since my tutorial cancel. But the SEP thingy vv impt! I want to play badminton!!!! Zzzz..

Another mundane updates.
On SEP, I finally got the letter from the bank. What's missing now is the 2 letters of recommendation - one which I will get from CNM office, and another will be to go AHS to get from llb on mon. So excited at Korea. Oh yeah my LEP teacher just got back from Korea! His wife is korean! Too bad the Korea SEP is only for Arts students, esle can go with Cheryl! Then sure very fun! Yup and I think my HK trip is going to be right after my Korea SEP, on week 0 which is orientation week. Cant wait for holidays to come.But of course things are always pulling me to reality. Like having a lot of projects right smack in your face and alot you haven even start on it and the dateline looming just before you and you are here typing some crap blog. Haha lousy england. Msword is sure going to underline it in green and say fragment. Ok crap.
Thurs I went for this rice ball making session. It was conducted by the guest speaker Ms Sato-san for js1101e. I skip my nm2209 lecture for that, anyway got webcast haha. First Ms Sato-san demo, then we got to make 2 which we get to eat. Very nice! Haha and theres something about making the rice be able to breathe and not suffocate so you cannot use too much strength when making it into round shape. Next time got time I will make at home. Haha the japanese marinated seaweed is nice! Irritating thing in this session is that got a girl keep asking stupid question - "have you eaten ice cream?" 0_0 Cos when we see Ms Sato-san's documentary she is living like in the woods or something. She said she has, cos she travel around too and live in other oarts of Japan too, but the girl just keep harping on the question until our teacher refused to translate anymore for her. -_-
Fri was astro. Our research head made a presentation about comoslogy, and just after she finished the short presentatn, in strolled 3 latecomers. Then we all asked her to repeat the lecture. I think she vv sian diao. Her protests were futile. Haha oops. But the 2nd lecture seem better than the first. Cos we tried to ask questions lol. Then star gazing. But the weather was cloudy. Didnt get to see binary star. Saw saturn again and the moon. The moon look like cheeseball and it was hanging very low that night. Next time shall show u guys the pic some of the members took through the telescope. =P
Today worked for 2 shows. One is a children's show in the black box. Kids are cute. But sometimes they are a terror too. The actresses were rather good, but I think some of the children dont really understand what they are trying to do. Laughter means they got it, or that they are amused by those actions, but sometimes there were none. I find it ok, maybe I have lost my childhood haha. When the whole show end, didnt reach in time to stop the first parent and child from accessing the props and so there come the whole load of them trying to put their kid on top of the big big ball and refuse to leave. 0_0 Yeah there was this interactive session at the end of the show when 3 kids were chosen to listen to the sound of water in the ball by lying on top of the ball and pressing their ears against it. So obviously the rest of the children wanted to as well. Interative is good, but sometimes not everyone can join in and have as much fun. Finally got them all out. There was an incident b4 the show begin. Was doing ticket tripping for the show, only got 2 ushers for BB so my friend was doing the ushering. When the door open everyone starts to crowd in and want to go in which is bad. I was rather confused and got one point of time I made the mistake of taking someone's tickets who was bhind. Since its in my hand already I just accept it lar. But the lady in front was like "that wasnt very nice" and so I apologise. And she said "that wasnt very nice" again so I apologised again. What more could I do? It was truly an innocent honest mistake. Then she said: "you should apologise to her (her little daughter)" and so I did it lar. I think she thought that I did it purposely. But it was very duh. I mean most people would just say it's ok and be understanding that there was a crowd and no obvious queue and I was just reaching for tickets. But you know this kind of incident could make a good mood turn sour and I try not to think about it. Yeah then the 2nd show is army daze. So I got to watch it for the 2nd time. I think I enjoyed the 1st time better. For one I think this show's dialouge keep missing the correct timing. And of course Selena Tan could really bring out the mood for the mother, while Amy Cheng was comparatively weaker and couldnt bring out the character. And the Krishnan character was not as fun too. And even some of the actors seem to lack something today. But most patrons enjoy the show lar. It only in comparision that, though today the last night, it seems weaker, but other patrons cldnt judge that. I think this is one good thing of being an usher. You get to watch shows, you get to compare the dynamics of the same show, you get to compare between actors when they have 2 person acting for the same role in different shows. This show got vulgar words, but on someday they dont scold the real thing, but on some days they do. And patrons like to laugh at vulgar words somehow or another. Sometimes I wonder why they laugh. Yup and today SR Nathan went to watch the show. I think most people didnt event notice him. And I saw Sharon Au too. Very white but very pretty. =) And 2 more shows coming out - "Fudoshi" and "Aspects of Love". And I spy some nice shows for Spore Arts Fest in DC!
Ok I think I really crap a lot. Need to focus. Thats why I dont want to on MSN. So distracting.

Though I still dont get why Hermes will like Densha, guess I am still a very superficial and appearance- based person haha. Keisuke is damn handsome! (Haah Eunice I will lend the discs to you after I lend to Xilian). The characters inside are very cute, but they very free one everyday zhuo bo stay in front of comp. =P

Mundane updates.
Been trying to settle the stuff for SEP to Korea. For those who do not know yet, I will be going to Korea for student exchange programme from 26 june to 4 august. What I hated about this is that I have to get all the financial statement and 2 letters of recommendation within one wk. Which I didnt manage to due to some email error and responding time. I hate it when people dont reply to my email! And I am often too lazy to call. I rather email. Yah so yada yada and I procrastinate and end up like nothing much done. The dateline is tmr but due to trouble getting the financial statement on time, my dad helped me called the office and got it extended latest by mon morning. Which is good because I still lack of one letter of recommendation. I hope Reddy remembers to write the one he promised. And I just wrote one myself and hoping to get llb to sign it. Boo. Now its holiday time, kinda hard to get hold of jc and sec sch teacher ba. Yeah and one lecturer told me she didnt remember much about me and thus couldnt write me the letter. She says something like so now its the time to get to know more and interact more with your teachers so that times like this they would be willing to help you write letters. Yeah basically its about networking. But I dont like the idea of networking because its like knowing people for the sake of knowing people. It sounds so superficial. Hopefully I can submit everything by monday. Get over and done with.Yup and I probably planning the trip to HK in may. Actually wanted it in July bcos of the summer sale but it clashes with my Korea sep. Hmm then I dont want the trip to clash with June holidays too. Gotta work out all the timings soon. I think I will be so so broke after this holiday.
Went for a movie alone just now. My girl and I. Korean movie. Not bad, a love story with some funny antics. Its those kind of tear jerkers. Irritating thing was the guy beside me seem to have been forced to come in with the girl beside me and keep making dumb comments and laughing at the girl tearing beside him. 0_0 The cinema is at lvl 9 cineleisure. I didnt kow there was more cinemas sia. Outside is this cool gaming area. Then also got these korean lovegety machines =). Next korean show I wanna watch will be "the art of seduction", I think its going to be damn nice and funny. Other shows I most probably be watching if I can squeeze time out will be: "v for vendetta" and "transamerica" and "russian dolls".
Yup then went to meet Audrey and Eunice. Eunice showed us around SMU and we sneaked into the library using other people's pass. The library looks pretty good. When we got out, Drey almost got stuck due to some machine problem and scared me. The gym looks cool too and the rock wall too. Way better than NUS facilities. I wanna go rock climbing soon! There's lots of food outlets located all around, no fear of going hungry. Haha actually me and Drey met up first at NLB before going to find Eunice, we ended up going in big rounds trying to find which building Eunice was at. End up we realised that it was actually very near to NLB but we had made the wrong turn. After that had to rush off because I got work, ushering for Army Daze. Thats another $28, but I need to earn much much more, with all these overseas trips. Another Hossan Leong show coming up, and one more other shows, I get to watch them free too! Wahah.
I think I better sleep. Sch tmr + the rice ball making demo + work @ coffee bean. Zz.

I want to see the future.
Gone are the days when I want to go back to a child. These days, I want to fastfoward my life and see my future. I want to see who am I at 25 years old. I want to see who am I or even who I am with at 28 years old. Perhaps I am just sick of the student life I am in all these years, so there is no way of me studying after university. I dont know what I want to do after I graduate, but I guess it will be a turning point and I really look forward to it. But there is the unsure future there. And so yes I want to take a peep at my future. My plan now is very different from HT, hers will be of a successful lady but me, my plan is to fall in love at 25, get married at 27 and have a child (best if twins) at 28. But of course plans are always plans and maybe I would have a change of plans like every indecisive woman would. Actually I cant see myself as anything now, not a working woman, not a wife, not a mother, but I would like to see how I grow up into someone I would never imagine myself to be. The future is enticing and I just wish the clock would turn faster and bring me there.Seven dreams before death:

Today = Go it2001 tutorial, go travel fair at forum which i got one cup of coffee, 2 bottle of lime coke, tons of flyers on travelling - I so wanna plan my trip for HK and I so wanna go work n travel next year!, go NM3208 class in which we found out the mtv video got some kind of error so we have trouble exporting, spent the whole 3 hrs figuring out to no avail 0_0 urgh!, go get my handwritten letter, go to js3225 meeting, go to ikea and popular, read js3225 notes on bus, reach home eat dinner, read notes, read new paper, type js3225 draft, and now supposedly to edit ssa2202 but really sian so blogging and playing with the celebrity thingy and chatting. Hey 2/3 trio online leh - drey where are u? thought u the most nocturnal one? Haha. But BH is going off le. And I shall soon. Need slp. Tmr 7 hrs of lsns straight. Hur hur.

Tonight the sky is beautiful.
Ok actually its yest nite but tonight sounds nicer than yest nite. Lol. Went to NUS high school observertory to look at the super high tech telescope and mount. The mount is actually the most important thing, not the telescope. And the mount there is on a pillar right down to the ground floor, (we are at 13th storey), and so even if we jump or stomp or whatever, the mount wont shake. And the scope is automated by computer so you just click on whatever object you wanna view and it will rotate to the position. But there's also a backup though, cos if the prog hang or the scope stuck or whatever, there is an emergency plan to move the scope back to original position and try again. Yest witnessed that emergency plan =x so it not all good to rely on comp tech too. Haha and I saw the moon closeup! Omg the craters are amazing. And saw a bigger saturn too. The first time seeing saturn was at malaysia and I was so amazed to see it with the ring and all. Haha. Yup and yest the sky was quite clear. Can see a lot of stars, though I still dont know how to recognise a lot of them. Haha. Interacted with some of the students there, they have arts courses like design and science courses and boring courses like geo hist etc. Bleh and pretty normal ccas too. Lala. But their hostel feels like jail, with the big grey bars everywhere. Goodness. And actually we are like quite 0_0 with the students outside with the smaller telescopes because they keep dropping things and I think they cracked a lens. I want to see the sun too! They say its amazing, and only they have the tech - the dunno what shield that allows us to look at the sun. Boo.
Ok shall go prepare for work. Zzz.

If there were some answers that I could add / change in the previous quiz, this will be it. Things/ppl tat make me smile: innocent children; people in love esp old ppl; binghui with his crap (really!).
Things i m afraid of: i realised that i m not afraid of a lot of ppl, i just hated crowds. i m afraid of flying cockroaches. falling down the stairs. & not the act of taking lift, rather of what might happen in the lift - perhaps i m just afraid of the dark side of people. sometimes i think, people are much more scarier than gosts, because we all have been hurt by ppl, we should fear more of ppl than ghosts. I am afraid of public speaking, when everyone eyes is on me i feel so uncomfortable. Thats why i sometimes prefer online chatting. of computer crashing too.
Now in lect. Boo. Just now one lect cancelled - the 2nd one this wk. Hmmm cancel also no use.. end up got project meetings hha. Later got work @ NLB. Boo. My bro comp D:/ spoil! Damn all my stuff are mostly in D:/, I sure hope they can be saved. Tsk I just dont have time to deal with it now. Boo! I guess even though I am scared of computer crashing or losing my stuff.. when they do unfortunately come to that, I take it in my stride. Weird.

Whee. I am applying for SEP to Korea/HK! So exciting! =) & I just got Densha Otoku from my friend. Can borrow from me! Haha. My teacher just showed the 1st episode to us during lecture.. make me so wanna watch it now.. actually wanna leave for after exams one.. Hmm..
Zzz.. Tmr. sch n work. The next day.. sch n work.. The next next day... sch n cca... The next next next day.... work.... Boo.. and I got my Alan Kuo autographed CD le! Hee.
And if dreams could come true, maybe this will. Xl dreamt that I have made a movie, there was this image of a child. People were watching the show and when it ended, alot people were in tears and clapping for me. I have won some mega award or something. It seems so unrealistic at this moment of time, because I cant forsee it. I believe in faith more than dreams. But who knows, someday maybe I will..
